Betty lives with the Reicherts family in Minnesota. She is part if the Minneapolis breeding program. Here is what they write:

“Picture it, in a small Minnesota town just outside of St. Olaf (college) there is a spunky strawberry blonde Golden Girl named Betty. She is smart, gentle, always ready for a snuggle or hike along the river, and some cheesecake. Okay maybe not the cheesecake part, but, our little Betty is everything we dreamed of and more for our family. She is absolutely living up to her namesake Betty White as our beloved Golden Girl.

Since day one Betty has enjoyed life with three young kids. She’s always ready for some playtime fun or to be snuggled up on the couch with a good book. Curiously watching out the window and joyfully trotting along as we do our outdoor chores of tending to chickens or the garden she’s the sweet and gentle playmate of a Dog owner’s dreams. She will do anything for strawberries, carrots, and blueberries; while making friends with everyone she meets.”
