“Our first experience with a Harvestime Golden Retriever was about 4 years ago when we met the therapy dog at St Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna. We fell in love with her sweet temperament, and knew we wanted our next dog to be a Harvestime Golden.

We were so excited to have the opportunity to be a guardian home for Harvestime’s Josie’s Gingersnap. She is the most beautiful pup! We get so many compliments on her gorgeous looks and sweet personality. She is so smart and learns new commands with ease. She is the perfect mix of a playful, sassy pup, and a cuddly lap dog. She’s great riding in the car and adjusting to new situations. We’ve been super impressed at how well she responds to our 6-year-old daughter—she listens to her and obeys her just as soon as we teach her the commands and hand signals. Helping train Ginger has been a great experience for her so far. 

We’re looking forward to starting some more formal training with Miss Ginger and seeing what she can accomplish!”
