Hattie is a special girl, born on Sept 11th. She has bigger bone, medium colored plush coat and excellent black pigment. She is SUPER loving and sweet! At 8 months she easily earned her Rally Novice, CGC and Trick Dog title!! So easy to train this focused, loving girl!! Hattie lives with the Weber family in Appleton. As Hattie matures she looks JUST like her Great-Grandmother, Mercy!!

“Hattie’s full name is Manhattan as she was born on 9/11 and Deb wanted to collaborate to find a name that had symbolism to honor where the Twin Towers once stood in New York City. This makes her birthday extra special to us in memory of 9/11. We have three kids (ages 4, 6 and 10) and Hattie has always been extremely gentle and patient with them. She follows commands to sit, stay, come, etc. from the kids which shows how eager she is to please by listening to a four year old!

Hattie has a very sweet and funny personality. She loves to chase her tail and do somersaults in our family room when playing with the kids. She jumps and tries to catch bubbles in the summer when we blow them in the yard! She always smiles a toothy grin and wiggles her whole body in excitement when we walk in the door (she rarely barks which is an added bonus). Hattie makes our house feel really special and is great with friends and family of all ages. Deb was such a blessing to work with as we got through the puppy stage (lots of socks went missing…) and is so knowledgeable and encouraging every step of the way. I could not recommend Harvestime Kennel highly enough for the quality of golden retriever you get – it is so worth the wait!”
